How to Upgrade Items in Pokemon GO
Upgrade is among the most prized items in Pokemon GO. It allows trainers to evolve Porygon into Porygon2 and gives them a chance to advance in their Pokedex.
While it is uncommon, players can get it by spinning an image disc at a Pokestop or as a reward at special events. What does this item do?
Components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, trinkets or gathering tools to provide them with an additional benefit. They are a crucial component in the process of crafting. They can be obtained by salvaging or bought from vendors. They can be found as drops in the game, dropped by enemies or gathered from spheres of items. They can be used to upgrade any weapon or armor that has an upgrade slot.
To get the highest amount of progress in the game, it is important to use upgrade components to maximize the amount of experience gained from upgrading weapons and gear. The multiplier of experience for an upgraded item is increased by adding organic components, whereas mechanical components decrease it. The best combination is a high experience-multiplier organic component followed by a low-experience-multiplier mechanical component. This will increase the amount of learning experience you get and allow you to move on to the next level.
It's important to know how the upgrade system works to maximize the benefits of your upgrades. The system keeps a running total for the component you are upgrading.
